Take up space. Feel your feelings. Breathe. What if you are not the problem? Give yourself a home. Take up more space. Practice letting go and holding on.This class focuses on reclaiming queer bodies from a culture of violence and disconnection through the postures, breathing practices, and philosophy of yoga. All levels of experience are welcome and will be accommodated.
